Consists of 1.5 hour single session designed for individuals or groups that desire a basic understanding of meditation.  Includes principles, techniques and practice.

Meditation Package: reg $35 each NOW only $132

Consists of 4 sessions each 1.5 hours designed to give the meditator four different techiques, principles and practice.
